It was years of dealing with her own sensitive skin, acne, large pore size as well as losing collagen that Inna found her interest in dermatologic medicine. She was inspired to help others with her own knowledge and personal experiences in the aesthetic industry. Before becoming a medical esthetician, Inna completed her education at Arcadia University earning a Bachelors Degree in Psychology in 1995 and a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy in 1997. She dedicated years of her career to working in both the hospital and outpatient settings providing rehabilitation therapy to patients with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. She specializes in treating degenerative joint and spinal conditions as well as sports/occupational injuries.

Inna utilizes her advanced knowledge of biomechanics, anatomy, physiology and skin types to tailor individualized treatment plans for Novique’s clients. She believes in the need to incorporate different modalities including lasers, radiofrequency microneedling, medical grade facials, and home skin care regimens to gradually restore skin’s health caused by aging.

Anya Bado is an experienced advanced aesthetic injector. Having been in the aesthetic industry for the last 10 years, Anya had sought to fine-tune her injecting skills by working with and training under well-known plastic surgeons and nurse injectors. Proficient in dermal fillers, neuromodulators, biostimulators as well as PDO threads and PRP treatments, Anya found her niche in aesthetics and has never looked back. Her specialties include overall facial balancing and (funny) running commentaries to distract you from any treatment anxieties. She enjoys collaborating with her patients to deliver the most natural results possible, taking into consideration their own anatomy and aesthetic goals.

Leah Hasset PA-C is a Physician Assistant with a background in dermatology. She recently moved back from the San Francisco Bay Area, where she worked in a high volume aesthetics clinic and had the privilege of training with several renowned West Coast injectors. Leah is an incredibly talented Injector with many years in the aesthetic field. Leah’s approach to medical aesthetics includes dedication to clinical expertise, artistry, and attention to detail. She takes pride in giving patients natural looking results and helping them feel like the best version of themselves.

Nicole Infantado, MSN, NP, CANS.

Nicole is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with over 22 years experience in the medical profession and an expert injector with over 13 years experience in the Aesthetic world!

Nicole is a national trainer for injectables and enjoys sharing her knowledge and expertise. She is passionate about providing safe, high quality, and natural looking results for all her clients!

Alicia Katz, Master Nurse Injector, graduated from Temple University School of Nursing obtaining her Bachelor of Science in in Nursing. While she has practiced nursing for over 25 years in various settings, including the ICU, ER, Heart Tranplant Unit and Dermatology, she has found facial aesthetics to be her niche. 

Alicia has also graduated from Moore College of Art and achieved her second Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and Fine Arts. She has found, “What the trained eye sees is critical in both design and aesthetics of the face.”    

Alicia has been an  Aesthetic Nurse for 8 years and has trained with many top plastic surgeon in the tri-state as well as New Jersey and NYC. In addition she has participated in advance Allergan and Galderma training, and continues to attend trainings and conferences to educate herself on the latest techniques and treatments.

She has a strong clinical knowledge of the changes that take place in the face during the aging process and delivers safe and reliable results that restore and enhance one’s innate beauty. 

Her goal is a more “natural approach”, not to change who you are, but to enhance your beauty, and make you feel like a better you.  She has a passion for what she does and it shows in her repeated clientele, referrals, and results.

in her free time, she loves to travel and experience different cultures, long walks in nature, taking pilates classes, listening to live music and spending time with family and friends.
